About Amanda

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been a builder.

Even as a little kid, one of my favorite toys was Lego. If I was building something or playing a game and it felt clunky or inefficient, I’d automatically find a smarter way to set it up or optimize how it worked. I’ve been taking things apart, figuring out how they work, and making them run smoother my entire life.

That natural instinct followed me right into my 20-year career in financial services, spanning operations, learning & development, business development, and experience strategy. Across every role I held, the pattern was always the same: I walked into complex environments, found the hidden friction points, and built practical ways to fix them—always cutting through complexity to build training and tools that help people do their jobs.

Two Sides of the Same Coin

If you're wondering how my work in business operations connects to the personal development side of Intentional by AJS, they are two sides of the exact same coin.

In business: Companies acquire incredible technology to scale, but complex tools can easily create hidden friction without the right operational foundation. I act as an operational partner—streamlining daily workflows, centralizing your critical knowledge, and building enablement frameworks that ensure your technology investments deliver a true return.

In life: Too many people get stuck living inside a box built by societal expectations. They follow the script of what they 'should' do until they're running on empty. I use that exact same structural problem-solving mindset to build tools, resources, and intentional frameworks that help you step back, clear out the noise, and design a life that aligns with who you are.

Whether I’m streamlining a mid-market company's operations or helping an individual navigate a major life shift, my goal is always the same: I clear out the noise, eliminate the friction, and help you build a path that makes sense for you.

Life doesn’t change because we wait for permission. It changes when we take ownership and start moving forward.

Let's figure out what's next.
