About

Hey!  Amanda Here,

People fear changing directions, but the real danger is being a passive passenger in your own life while autopilot takes the wheel.

For two decades, I did exactly what we’re told to do. I worked hard, hit the milestones, and built a successful career. By society’s standards, I was winning. By my own standards, I was living on 3% battery life—feeling like a shell of a human trapped in an environment that no longer aligned with who I truly was.

I became increasingly aware that the traditional promise of “stability” had simply run its course. The corporate landscape was evolving. Highly skilled, deeply tenured professionals were losing roles to restructuring, while other top talent were actively choosing to exit and embark on new journeys. The system itself was changing.

I realized that if I didn’t start actively driving my own life, I was letting an outdated itinerary dictate my future rather than mapping out my own.

Reengineering the Foundation

So, I took the wheel. I chose to trade what looked good on paper for what felt good to my soul, and I spent the last few years intentionally reengineering my life to protect my time, my energy, and my freedom.

In late 2022, I sold my house, packed up my life, and moved back in with my mom at 36. By society's standards, it wasn’t a popular decision; for me, it was a strategic move to wipe out my debt and reclaim my personal agency. By the spring of 2025, I took the next planned step, moving into a 600-square-foot downtown condo that gave me the exact flexibility and freedom I wanted.

When my 20-year career suddenly ended with a layoff, it didn't throw me off course. While the corporate structure dissolved, my personal roadmap remained completely intact. Because I had spent the last few years actively designing my life, the disruption didn't crush me.

I was already packed and ready for the next destination.

The Philosophy: Agency. Intent. Do.

My mission is straightforward: to help you step off autopilot, discover who you are, and build a life of agency and intent—all while having fun along the way.

Life is full of twists and turns, but your ultimate destination remains anchored as you grow and adapt. You will undoubtedly end up on side quests and unexpected detours. But when you are hyper-clear on what actually matters, you find the resilience to navigate any shift in the terrain and still reach your destination.

The core philosophy is simple:

Design with agency. Live with intent. Do fun shit.
