Values
Before you buy a product, book a workshop or speaking engagement, or even just follow along, it helps to know exactly what drives my work. I anchor everything I do to five core values. They guide how I show up, how I think, and how I build.
Autonomy
Your time, energy, and choices belong to you. I deeply believe that you deserve total freedom over your own life, and everything I create is designed to help you claim it.
What this means for you: I focus on equipping you with the agency to protect your boundaries, trust your choices, and chart your own course.
Compassion
I believe in putting the human first. You deserve to be met exactly where you are, with zero judgment for where you’ve been or how you got here.
What this means for you: I focus on the human behind the situation. I approach every connection, product, and piece of education with deep empathy and respect.
Growth
You deserve a life that constantly expands, which means challenging assumptions and widening your view of what is possible.
What this means for you: My work is a living project. I build programs and tools designed to evolve as my clients evolve. Growth isn't a destination you reach and sit still, it’s a continuous practice of gaining knowledge, and applying the skills you have learned.
Accountability
Radical ownership is how I build trust. I take pride in what I create and stand by my word because you deserve content, products, and educational resources that are completely reliable.
What this means for you: You can trust the integrity of what I put out into the world. I don't launch half-baked ideas or trendy fluff. I build high-quality, practical resources that actually work, and I stand behind every single one of them.
Adventure
Routines have their place, but life is too short to only play it safe. You deserve to stretch yourself, take smart risks, and do fun shit.
What this means for you: I choose bold ideas over the bare minimum. For this community, adventure isn't about a specific lifestyle—it’s a mindset of staying curious, challenging yourself, and opening the door to new experiences.
